Everyone loves the closed photobooth that Photobooth Planet provides for weddings and events. When that curtain shuts, it opens a box full of fun and sometimes craziness! The photo booth elevates the fun of any special day, making it even more memorable. What distinguishes our photobooth rental from other companies? One, we offer a closed, hard-sided, elegant photobooth which your guests are invited to enter rather than an open standing space. This couple really loved the idea of telling their story through our classic photobooth at a recent wedding in New York (NY). Since our vintage photobooth has a timed delay between photos, this couple took advantage and were able to carefully plan out their three photos, making a pretty clear and distinguished photo strip. Guests don’t always realize the benefit of the timed delay, so it is always great to watch couples take advantage of this when they enter our traditional photobooth. These two had a great time jumping in and out of our photobooth throughout the wedding reception – dancing, then snapping photos in our photobooth, back to the dance floor, back to our photobooth. I had a ton of fun interacting with them – one of the reasons I posted them as #6 in our Hall of Fame!

Initially, the plan for this photo was to include two guests in our classic, vintage photobooth at a recent wedding in New Jersey (NJ). As you can see, this was quite a party and three other guests jumped in and photo bombed the original photo in the booth! We love watching guests really have fun in our photobooth. Yes, it is a bit more snug than a camera with a backdrop, or a booth made out of pipes and curtains, but that is really part of the fun in having a old-fashioned, traditional photobooth at your event. We have found that guests love cramming into a classic photobooth, closing the curtain, and snapping three photos! In addition, the design of our photobooth incorporates both an elegant and classy aesthetic that makes it ideal for your wedding reception, prom, corporate fundraiser, or party! We’ve put a lot of thought into it and we really enjoy when guests have fun in our booth – just like these guests! One of the reasons we’ve listed them at #7 in our Photo Strip Hall of Fame for New York (NY) and New Jersey (NJ)!

Really fun couple hanging out in our vintage, traditional photobooth at an event in New York City (NYC) in April. Love this guy’s beard – a natural prop for posing in our classic photobooth! Initially, these two were a bit hesitant to actually try it at the wedding, but after a bit of convincing, they ended up having a great time and loving their photo strips! Not only that, they loved the clarity and strikingly clear color of their photo strips – one thing that distinguishes us from other photo booth companies – the high quality of your final photo strip! So glad these two had a great time in our vintage photobooth. It was nice to win them over and capture this precious moment!

I love watching different generations having fun in our classic, vintage, old fashion photobooth. Despite not knowing the phrase photo bombing, these women kept doing these sorts of photos throughout the evening and had a wonderful time in our photobooth at the Plaza Hotel off Central Park in New York City (NYC). One of them remarked that she had always loved the old fashion photobooths, since she was a child, and how much she enjoyed our photobooth during the wedding! Some very talented dancers taking photos in our classic, vintage photo booth at the 30th Anniversary Celebration of the Broadway Dance Center in New York City (NYC). Dancers come to this center to train from all over the New York, New Jersey, Metro New York, Tri-State Area and beyond. We had a great evening taking photos in our old fashion, classic photobooth at the Altman building in New York City (NYC).

Serge Wailly, a photographer and owner of Instant Fotobox in Belgium, recently visited New York City (NYC) with his family and we connected at an event to share notes, hang out, and learn from each other’s photobooth business.
