Graduation Inspiration

As graduation season starts’ winding down there is one party that really stood out to us this past month. Photobooth Planet Vermont was lucky enough to attend a graduation party on the shores of Lake Champlain. Situated in North Hero, this backyard bash went off without a hitch. The Photobooth became the center piece to the event but in a very untraditional way.
As people started taking more and more photos in the booth, the party girl’s sister suggested everyone put their photo strips on a beautiful old tree that sat in the middle of the yard. The tree trunk was wrapped in white lights and the strings were perfect for holding the photos. By the end of the night hundreds of photo strips were scattered around the tree. It was the perfect center piece for a wonderful event!
It also is a great idea for any event you plan on throwing this summer with Photobooth Planet VT. Whether it is a wedding or a 50th birthday party, it gives guests a chance to look at all the fun memories that are captured in the photobooth as the night progresses. Then guests can easily grab their photos at the end of the party. It is one DIY decoration that we will never forget.

Initially, the plan for this photo was to include two guests in our classic, vintage photobooth at a recent wedding in New Jersey (NJ). As you can see, this was quite a party and three other guests jumped in and photo bombed the original photo in the booth! We love watching guests really have fun in our photobooth. Yes, it is a bit more snug than a camera with a backdrop, or a booth made out of pipes and curtains, but that is really part of the fun in having a old-fashioned, traditional photobooth at your event. We have found that guests love cramming into a classic photobooth, closing the curtain, and snapping three photos! In addition, the design of our photobooth incorporates both an elegant and classy aesthetic that makes it ideal for your wedding reception, prom, corporate fundraiser, or party! We’ve put a lot of thought into it and we really enjoy when guests have fun in our booth – just like these guests! One of the reasons we’ve listed them at #7 in our Photo Strip Hall of Fame for New York (NY) and New Jersey (NJ)!

They forgot to mention a vintage, classic, old-fashioned photobooth with props! But yes, hipsters do like our photobooth in New York (NY) and New Jersey (NJ) for their wedding receptions, events, and parties. We do lots of other events, but this is an amusing graphic nevertheless!

Really fun couple hanging out in our vintage, traditional photobooth at an event in New York City (NYC) in April. Love this guy’s beard – a natural prop for posing in our classic photobooth! Initially, these two were a bit hesitant to actually try it at the wedding, but after a bit of convincing, they ended up having a great time and loving their photo strips! Not only that, they loved the clarity and strikingly clear color of their photo strips – one thing that distinguishes us from other photo booth companies – the high quality of your final photo strip! So glad these two had a great time in our vintage photobooth. It was nice to win them over and capture this precious moment!

I love watching different generations having fun in our classic, vintage, old fashion photobooth. Despite not knowing the phrase photo bombing, these women kept doing these sorts of photos throughout the evening and had a wonderful time in our photobooth at the Plaza Hotel off Central Park in New York City (NYC). One of them remarked that she had always loved the old fashion photobooths, since she was a child, and how much she enjoyed our photobooth during the wedding! Some very talented dancers taking photos in our classic, vintage photo booth at the 30th Anniversary Celebration of the Broadway Dance Center in New York City (NYC). Dancers come to this center to train from all over the New York, New Jersey, Metro New York, Tri-State Area and beyond. We had a great evening taking photos in our old fashion, classic photobooth at the Altman building in New York City (NYC).

Serge Wailly, a photographer and owner of Instant Fotobox in Belgium, recently visited New York City (NYC) with his family and we connected at an event to share notes, hang out, and learn from each other’s photobooth business. We ended up having a great time, he taught me about Belgium, I taught him a bit about the New York City (NYC) area, we shared our love for photobooths, and snapped some photos in our classic, vintage photobooth in New York City (NYC).
