Everyone can’t always make it out for the wedding reception. But with facetime and a little ingenuity, everyone can virtually attend. This clever gent brought his significant other into the photo booth with him so the photo guestbook would be complete. Clever man. Great photo-strip!

Classic Photo Booth Rental Hoboken
We recently set-up our Classic Photo Booth in Hoboken, NJ for a winter event. Had the opportunity to connect with my friends at All Who Wander Event Design, for a recent event in their beautiful space in Hoboken, NJ. I met Nicole from All Who Wander Event Design at a wedding we worked on together at The 1896 Studios. The 1896 Studio is a unique, edgy rental space in Brooklyn, New York. We had the opportunity to work together on producing an intimate, vintage-style wedding with our classic photo booth, and decided to get together again to celebrate the end of the year!
Making Connections
At the party, I also had the opportunity to connect with friends at Dovetail Vintage Rentals, providing vintage & boutique rentals for weddings and other special events. Enjoyed connecting with all these great vendors in the wedding industry and recommend them as excellent resources to anyone looking to plan an event! Plus, they were all fans of our classic, vintage photo booth at the party!
Classic Photo Booth
One thing I asked each of these wedding professionals: what do you think makes our photo booth appealing? For some, it was the quality of the photo. Others, the simple design. Lastly, the appeal of an enclosed photo booth as opposed to an open air booth. Straight from wedding professionals themselves. Our Classic Photo Booth is still a hit for weddings and events.

One thing I enjoy most when attending events with Bella, our VW Photo Booth Bus, is the opportunity to chat with fellow Volkswagen lovers. Guests regularly share memories of owning a VW Micro Bus and all the stories with it. I recently attended a wedding at the beautiful Montauk Yacht Club (http://www.montaukyachtclub.com/). On this crisp, Autumn evening, I spoke with multiple wedding guests about their memories of camping, family trips, memorable childhood experiences, all in their families VW Bus. It was amazing to hear all the different stories associated with this simple vehicle.
VW Bus as the Ultimate Adventure Van
I recently read this article about the VW Bus as the ultimate adventure van. For some, the VW Bus captures a spirit of freedom. Others, adventure. And others, simplicity and joy. The VW Bus itself is versatile, yet simple. Even today, people are searching high and low to purchase and restore one of these vans.
Making new memories at the Wedding
At the wedding, guests simply loved jumping into Bella and posing for their photo booth photos. I also heard numerous comments about seeing a working VW Bus still on the road. These sorts of conversations happen regularly at events. It’s wonderful to see how stepping into the Volkswagen and posing for photo booth photos brings back such memories. It’s fortunate that we can capture those smiles in the back seat. Of course, the bride and groom at this particular event, was already having a wonderful evening dancing, mingling, and joining their friends in our VW Photo Booth Bus. Guests loved packing into the back seat two take photo booth photos as well. The beautiful views in Montauk, a picturesque Autumn evening, and the fun atmosphere made this one of the most memorable Fall weddings we’ve done in years.

Bella, our vintage Volkswagen Photo Bus, recently attended a private wedding on Long Island. We showed up, parked her right in the front of the house during the ceremony, and waited for the bride and groom to complete their vows. See photo below.
Antique Car Lovers and our Volkswagen Bus
Turns out, the guest list included tons of old antique car lovers who spent most of the evening chit chatting with me about their next restoration project. They loved looking inside the restored engine of our VW Bus, admiring the traditional German engineering, and finally, taking some photos in the bus! I spoke with one couple from North Carolina currently in the market for a VW Camper Bus to find and restore for their family camping trips. We shared notes on the different challenges of finding a VW Bus and I directed them to a few helpful resources. Another opportunity to build a meaningful connection and encourage people to follow their dreams!
Photo Booth Fun
The bride and groom were thrilled to see our Volkswagen Photo Bus drive into the backyard as soon as they completed their ceremony. They had no idea we were coming for their wedding reception (a gift from one of their close friends) and we spent the rest of the evening taking photos in and with Bella. A lovely evening with our classic VW Bus on Long Island!

Vintage Photo Booth in East Hampton
Our vintage photo booth made it out to a classic East Hampton Wedding on Long Island this summer. Guests from ten different countries joined in the festivities. At the end of the night, guests filled the photo book with love notes in French, Chinese, German, and Spanish. Not only did these guests have a wonderful time, but they all loved spending time taking photos.

Held at the lovely Gansett Green Manor (http://gansettgreenmanor.com/), this intimate Hamptons venue is ideal for a private summer wedding. With two acres of carefully manicured grounds, this quaint bed and breakfast is nestled in the heart of East Hampton.
Customizing our Vintage Photo Booth
For this particular wedding, we customized the outside poster of our classic photo booth to fit the theme of the wedding. One benefit of the minimalist design is our ability to customize our photo booth for various wedding themes. At another event earlier this year, we customized a special curtain for our photo booth. We love being part of wedding events like this – great guests, beautiful grounds, and our vintage photo booth there to capture all the memories!
